Refund Policy at Key To IELTS

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of my digital courses or learning materials.

Digital course materials

Once payment has been completed, you will receive access to the digital course materials you have purchased.

By purchasing digital course materials, you agree that access may be provided immediately. You acknowledge that once you have activated your account and logged in to access the materials, you will lose your 14-day right to cancel and your purchase will be non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered where a genuine purchasing error has been made, such as accidentally purchasing the same course twice, provided that the account has not been activated and the materials have not been accessed.

Problems with your purchase

Please contact me if:

• you have accidentally made a duplicate purchase;
• you have purchased the wrong course and have not accessed it;
• you cannot access the materials; or
• the digital content is faulty or not as described.

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually. Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned using the original payment method.
